Jeremiah, you know better than me.

I know, LORD, that a person's life is not his own. No one is able to plan his own course.
So correct me, LORD, but please be gentle. Do not correct me in anger, for I would die.
Jeremiah 10:23-24

His power is so great. And his wrath is beyond intimidating and down right scary. And yet so often I don't approach him with a healthy dose of fear.
Have I forgotten the character of my God. Have I forgotten what my place was without him.

Jeremiah is teaching me the power and the feeling of my God, and how my posture should be before him. Good thing... because I think I've been a little off. Besides, this is just such a good statement.
