paris, as i promised

I promised some people that I would put up photos of my trip to Paris soon. I took over 300 photos, so it took me some time to get through them. As a result, I decided to just make a facebook album and post the link here so that everyone can see (yay!). 


And that happens to be a bit easier for me.


Paris was a wonderful place. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. The city itself was a work of art.


And the stereotype of French people is completely untrue. Every French person I met was incredibly kind and helpful, and even enthusiastic about me being American sometimes. I'm sure it helped that I attempted to say some phrases in French (but I can't imagine my horrible pronunciation won them over).


I spent the perfect amount of time there, and loved every second. I would definitely go back if I get the chance.


What was interesting to me, however, was how great it felt to come back to London. It kind of felt like coming home. Crazy, right?
